"Art is my meditation. Driven by emotional responses to stresses of the day, I never know what Ill be inspired to make. My wife and kids are my greatest inspiration in life. They take part in every creation of mine. Tragic and happy experiences take a large part in the original image that spark in my minds eye but I prefer drawing a darker part of life. The complexity of the story, the many interpretations, and the way others relate to it through their own experience. It is truly amazing. From the limbo after a tragedy, the calm of melancholy, and the gentle chaos of now. I'll use anything I am allowed to use to create or draw the image of my mind. On occasion... it is 'Jus Mis Understood.'"
